SECTION 01 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jili100 online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services made available through the website at jili100.app and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered members and visitors.

jili100 is required to verify the identity of all registered players as part of its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the timeframe specified by jili100 may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

2.2 Account Registration

To register an account, you must provide a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in the Philippines, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. jili100 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

SECTION 03 3. Account Responsibilities

As a registered user of jili100, you accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account. You agree to:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify jili100 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security.
• Ensure that all information provided to jili100 is accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• Use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• Not allow any other person to use your account, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

jili100 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorized use, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, jili100 may withhold any funds pending investigation and may report the matter to the relevant authorities.

SECTION 04 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jili100 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the needs of Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks via InstaPay and PESONet. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your jili100 account in real time or within the processing time specified for your chosen payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jili100 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, subject to the completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. jili100 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. jili100 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.3 Currency and Taxes

SECTION 05 5. Bonuses and Promotions

jili100 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus is offered and form part of the overall agreement between you and jili100.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• jili100 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• jili100 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds that were awarded in error or obtained through fraudulent means.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to exploit promotional offers – will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended. jili100's determination of bonus abuse is final and binding.

SECTION 06 6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the jili100 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which has been independently tested and verified to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published on the Platform and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rates.

By participating in any game on the jili100 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of each game is determined solely by the RNG and is not influenced by jili100 or any third party.
• You understand the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. Free-play or demo modes are available for most games to allow you to familiarise yourself with game mechanics.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jili100's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative and final.
• Technical malfunctions or interruptions during gameplay void all affected bets. jili100 will make reasonable efforts to restore interrupted sessions but cannot guarantee continuity in all circumstances.
• Winnings derived from bets placed with bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to those bonus funds.

6.1 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards as RNG-based games. In live dealer games, the decisions of the dealer are final once the round has concluded. Any disputes regarding live dealer game outcomes must be raised with customer support within 24 hours of the relevant game session.

SECTION 07 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jili100 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker games.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform or gain an advantage in any game.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Underage Gaming: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Commercial Use: Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a business that facilitates third-party access to jili100 games.

SECTION 08 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jili100 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of jili100 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jili100 Platform without the prior written consent of jili100. Any unauthorised use of jili100's intellectual property may result in legal action.

SECTION 09 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jili100 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by technical malfunctions beyond jili100's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond jili100's control, including force majeure events.

jili100's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 10 10. Responsible Gaming

jili100 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.

SECTION 11 11. Suspension and Termination

jili100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if jili100 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account:

• Any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the resolution of any pending investigations.
• Any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits in your account at the time of termination will be forfeited.
• Your right to access and use the Platform will cease immediately.

You may also request the closure of your account at any time by contacting jili100 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to you in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 4.

SECTION 12 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jili100 through good-faith negotiation. To initiate a dispute, you must contact jili100 customer support in writing, providing a detailed description of the issue and the resolution you are seeking. jili100 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial submission, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels as provided under Philippine law.

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jili100 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
